To expand it’s footprints across India, BLCM is currently running an Investment Specialist program for all enthusiasts aspiring to make a solid career in the Wealth Management industry in India, the fastest growing economy in the world, or even overseas with our global standards in Wealth Management.
Partner with BLCM, in it’s exclusive Investment Specialist program and transform yourself into a thorough Wealth professional. In this 100% remote working program, based on a “revenue sharing only” compensation model, you decide the number of hours you’d like to put in a week. As a BLCM Investment Specialist, we’ll provide you with the requisite training and support that will equip you to engage with HNI clients for their investment related needs. You would be simply expected to open up fresh investment calls and meetings with the HNI clients (based on our minimum ticket size criteria). Once you’ve successfully fixed-up an investment call, a BLCM expert will meet the prospective client to understand their investment needs in detail, prepare a personalized Wealth proposal and also convert the business on your behalf. The revenue generated from the client’s current and all future investments are shared with the Investment Specialist for “lifetime”, as long as (and to the extent of) the client’s investment portfolio being held at BLCM (or it’s group companies).
The most incredible part is that since the entire investment journey is digital, you could be based anywhere in the world, or have existing professional or personal commitments to fulfil, yet be a participant in the BLCM growth story and the booming Wealth industry.
- The road ahead for Investment Specialists
The future is bright for our Investment Specialists at BLCM. All Investment Specialists who build a fresh “equity” book > ₹ 10 crores* within the first year, with the help of the BLCM expertise (or independently), get more doors opened up for them**.
In our focus to be the most trusted and reputed Wealth Management company in India, at BLCM, we lay a strong emphasis on the right knowledge and education. So upon achieving the above stated criteria, you become eligible to get a fully sponsored enrolment to the prestigious and globally recognized Chartered Wealth Manager® (CWM®, USA) certification by the American Academy of Financial Management, India which confers the Charter through the International Board of Standards, US.
On successful completion of the CWM®, USA certification, you can get absorbed as an employee of BLCM under our full-time, part-time, hybrid or fully remote working models. Or in our parlance you can become a proud “Blue Laker”. - Minimum Criteria for Investment Specialist
Candidates having minimum graduate degree in any field, along with 2-3 years of relevant work experience may apply. Candidates must already hold a valid NISM V-A certification or willing to clear the said examination before soliciting business.
As part of the assignment, you would be required to engage with HNIs and an elite clientele, hence sound communication, verbal and interpersonal skills would be necessary. Candidates with the ability to confidently converse and handle objections of HNI clients on investment related matters will be preferred.
Candidates having good contacts and an existing network of prospective HNI clients would have an added advantage.*Subject to change
**If you do not meet the said criteria in the 1st year, you could do so by building a fresh equity book > ₹ 10 crores in the 2nd year or in the 3rd year.
